I JUST LOVE HER SHE TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY SHE LISTEN AND SHE SPEAKS SO I CAN UNDERSTAND HER EVERY WORD.SHE MILES A LOT . SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU AND SHE GIVES OUT A WARM HUG AFTER MY SESSION.SHE LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL HER ABOUT HOW THINGS ARE GOING WITH ME AND WHAT HAPPEN SINCE I SAW HER LAST SHE IS CONCERNED ABOUT HER PATIENTS.i LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT.

This, clinic has been dragging me around for 2 weeks. The canceled, my first appointment, then the contact me for another one, of course, they sent a link to get paid, then, don't show up at the virtual appointment. Boy, their a joke, I'll be report Irene Uki for playing around with sick people, and trying to bill insurance. I don't recommend them!!?? She refused to see me , because she didn't like my background, how do u like that, a therapist not liking your background. Ah, isn't that what she trained for?????

Dr. Uke has been my psychiatrist for almost a year and she is great. I needed a therapist that listened to me, and trusted that I knew a little bit about myself and I trusted her to do the rest! Dr. Uke is a great listener and has alot of life wisdom as well as as being a good doctor.

If I could give negative stars I would. While the psychiatrist herself is kind, the staff in charge of scheduling and communication is absolutely terrible. They proceeded to argue with me after refusing to help. On top of that anytime I had to get medication refills they made it impossible. Highly do not recommend this office just because of the staff.
