They whole staff was amazing and the process was very smooth anything I didn’t understand or had questions about they always answered with in a prompt time frame. If your child needs to be evaluated I highly recommend using this facility as they were amazing and very through.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but during the year and a few months my nine-year-old was on the waiting list, the clinic kept in regular contact with me. They updated me on our position on the waiting list and the steps ahead. The pre-evaluation was held over Zoom, which helped me get ready mentally and emotionally for our visit to the neuropsych center. It also helped the clinicians understand my son’s unique needs. My 11yr old is to be seen at this place for evaluation for ASD. An since there has been extreme medical neglect from all those in his care team i felt i provide crucial evidence to them to help him get properly evaluated with no misdiagnosis done as thats already happen to him 5 times from different places including a specialist at boston medical.
