THE WORST. because whenever I searched KATSEYE tickets this popped up so I drove ALL the way to Irene Kats, OD from Texas. and GUESS WHAT??? THERE WAS NO KATSEYE TICKETS!!!!!
Irene Kats, The MOST unprofessional Optometrist there is!. She treats seniors in such an ugly manner. Her level of customer service is beyond bad. She has no respect for the elderly!!. It's ashamed there is so call "professionals" in the field like this!!. An apology will not erase her bad behavior. Ill make sure to spread the word!.
