I think it is the worst eye exam I have ever had!! The customer service from the staff his horrible. I would never recommend to anyone that I know there is a language barrier also so if you speak English it is hard to communicate with them. Over all worst experience and it still not over was over charged and have not received my refund yet!!
I went to Dr. Lam's office to get my 4 children's eye examined as well as myself. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lam was very patient and funny. She made the exam not so bothersome as it has been in the past with other doctors. It had been years since i was able to get all our eyes check. It was a very pleasant experience. Expecially since i just picked her out of the phone book. She is now the only eye doctor that i will take my family to. My kids loved her. Thank you. Denise, satisfied parent.
Dr. Lam took the time to get my prescription right. I love my new glasses!
