For me to write a review like this, I have to be really impressed. My company uses IREM as our AMC and since day one, I have never been let down. In fact, my expectations have only been blown away. To see individuals at a company care so much to go above and beyond for you time after time, is just the best! And, refreshing! Thank you Dan, Kristine and Darrel for being an outstanding company who always delivers!
So we had one of your appraisers come out. He completely sandbagged us. He focused on the basement which is not organized right now because we are in the process of moving things out. He took more pictures of the mess then he did the upstairs which is in great condition. He told me he doesn’t like giving appraisals for what the market is calling for right now because in his opinion the market is going to crash so he won’t appraise on current market conditions.
