Buyer Beware Aftermarket service is not up to standard. I recently had an warranty issue concerning a faulty weld on the DPF housing. Originally I was told it would take approximately two weeks but It ended up taking approximately a month to replace the part under warranty. I purchased a new car through Ireland Mitsubishi, John walker was my salesman. It’s been a good experience so far. John is great to deal with, he’s honest and has helped me so much with any questions and concerns. I appreciate how straightforward the whole team here is.

Edit: 23/07/25 — it’s been over 2 & a half months since Mitsubishi damaged the door seal on my Ute, Mitsubishi told me they would order the replacement seal the same day I posted the original comment. Two months and No call, no email or any contact to follow up or let me know what’s going on. They simply Just ignore the customer. I have called twice to check up on the progress of a generic, readily available seal. And keep keep getting told we’re waiting on it and will get back to you…. But they never do. Totally dissatisfied with the service from what is now a defunct parts department (just don't bother). Claims that Online will still offer everything - well that's BS. Just a company to avoid IMO
