Ive had several minor issues with my Triton and everytime Ive taken it back to irlands Ive been well looked after. The Staff have always been amazing and I am so very grateful for the aftesales service I have recieved. Good Job Irlands and Thankyou
Terrible service! I've owned my Mitsubishi for 2 years now and after every service I've had issues. 1st service, they forgot to put the oilcap back on and oil went all throughout my engine and left stains in my garage. No idea if driving around with no oil will affect my car later in its life. 2nd service I was notified by RACQ that my membership had not been renewed. Took 3 days to even get a return call to buy the car with this dealership. Finally someone rang back and we bought a BYD Shark. Spent $60,000 ,promised floor mats but they did not appear. Three months later and no one wants to return a msg or call. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life
Worst customer service and quality of service, would avoid at all costs. Wish someone warned me.
