Went in twice in October and asked about the new ASX. Was told by a sales persin that they needed to do training on it and would get back to us. Went in again after they had done the training and inquired again, was told someone would call back. We were going to trade two vehicles for two new. No follow up so went with Mazda who had great customer service. Mitsubishi should send all employees to customer service training. I am very sad & compelled to write this.Very poor & lengthy delays in services with standards. Hardly Phone gets pick up when we try to contact. I was trying to fix my outlander back part vibration before my newborn was here which is very delicate for baby.my baby is 3.5 months. But still I am waiting for them call me back with engine mount which was under warrenty to get fixed.(i have been struggling with this issue again again since 1 year plus though they replaced it last time.) Feeling very pitty with the service.
