Have purchased many products over the years I recently lost a serviceable part to a shifter assembly a small washer. They are unwilling to sell serviceable parts items. They want me to purchase an entire new assembly. I can get that same service from a Chinese company. I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time.
Workmanship is bad. Bought another cat back exhaust & it’s basically metal put in a box & shipped. It doesn’t bolt up & the bends are terrible. Plus there is zero customer service. It’s almost like they have an investment in Supersprint. The previous ownership got it. There is no passion here in making parts anymore. Avoid.
Ordered some flex joint bolts from them. First off, great price. The bolts got delivered to the wrong address. They shipped out a new set right away. Amazing. The bolts finally arrive at my house and the quality is exceptional for the price.
Recently ordered my entire front suspension for our race car and Paul was very helpful and quick to respond through email, had my order ready for will call as soon as all items were in. From the young lady at their front desk to the gentleman at will call, great customer service and very helpful in person experience.
This is a decent mail order website. If you think this is amazon then order somewhere else. Some items are great values, other items are great finds, or rarely stocked by anyone else. They have a disclaimer letting you know they ship once or twice per week, and this is perfectly acceptable for a boutique shop. I don't need 10 reassuring emails and a books worth of communications, I just need to know they got the order and that they plan to fill it, and they do.
