I had an accident at work & had been dealing with Sedgwick for over a month before they scheduled my Ortho appt. I was hesitant & feeling pretty hopeless when I went in for my 1st appt. That all changed. Jill was on top of everything in the office! She handles the WC claim so efficiently. I was treated by Rachel. Her beside manor is great! She listens & explains everything so well. What a wonderful Dr. and staff. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. His bed side manner is perfect and he made me feel like he really cared for my issues. If I ever need a Dr in the future, I'm coming to him. Praise God for good health care.
I've been in a lot of pain with a broken foot. I've had to wait for the Dr to get back to me which took two days to change my medicine. Hopefully I'll get some relief now.
First time breaking a major bone and needing surgery. They were awesome!! Thorough, kind and explained everything so I understood it. Office staff is also just as great!!
