I’m so tired of my kids and I being treated like we have the plague when they need to be seen. This is a doctors office! If employees are that scared of sick people they need to find another job!
Great staff ... very short wait time, even when I'm early! I was seeing another physician who never came close to finding my (undiagnosed) condition. One visit with Dr. Basnight (first week in February 2024)and she found and diagnosed me with Stage 5 Kidney Disease and straightway got on the ball. As of now (December 3, 2025) I'm three weeks post a successful Kidney transplant. The doc has been exceptional, informative, answers all questions, attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable.
