Very happy to have worked with Vanessa and saved $7K on the sale of my condo. She was always available, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Additionally she did everything that a 'virtual' realtor would do, and was way more responsive and professional than the buyer's realtor. Also, if you want full service, she only charges 1%!!!!
