I spoke with John multiple time before making the purchase, he is very helpful and willing to spend the time to explain what is needed. Once the order was placed and paid he was in communication through every step...quality and customer service is top of the line. I would recommend IRD for all of your carb/fuel system needs. Highly recommend IRD Racing Carburetors. Jon has been a tremendous help to my program and played a major role in getting my setup swapped from nitrous to turbo. Great customer service and he stands behind his product.
Called IRD racing to get some information of injectors for my project car . John answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I ended up ordering a set of injectors. Even weeks after of ordering . I called to get some pointers for setting up my Holley efi with these new injectors as I am learning a lot as I go . Had IRD build me a blow thru carb package. I can not talk highly enough of John Bitler. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I had a butchered holley done by someone else, and I have two cars with similar combos I wanted to dual purpose this carb on. I was pretty adamant that I did not want to buy new and he accommodated me every step of the way. He knocked it out of the park. Prior to meeting Jon, I had purchased three carburetors and spent thousands. I came across IRD racing and sent an email and I received a response immediately from Jon. From speaking with Jon he was extremely knowledgeable and out of several other shops he was the only one to ask for specs of my build.
