I had an excellent experience with IRC Plumbing. From start to finish, their professionalism and quality of work stood out. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained the repair process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The job was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the work area was left clean and tidy.
IRC finished a job I have to brag about. Ismael and Diego were called out for a planned job at an apartment complex to change shut off valves for a boiler system. We had the water turned off for residents during the repair. They found another part needing replaced that was not exposed prior to the start of the job. Instead of milking the clock and inconveniencing residents for a second day in a row, he had a plan B. He explained to me his plan, timing, and was able to replace additional part as well.
