IRC finished a job I have to brag about. Ismael and Diego were called out for a planned job at an apartment complex to change shut off valves for a boiler system. We had the water turned off for residents during the repair. They found another part needing replaced that was not exposed prior to the start of the job. Instead of milking the clock and inconveniencing residents for a second day in a row, he had a plan B. He explained to me his plan, timing, and was able to replace additional part as well.
