They called me and changed my appointment twice. I got there the next day at my appointment time and they just left me out in the waiting room without saying anything to me or anything. Once I complained they said I should be happy to wait?!?!?!?
I came in for a referral, drove an hour and 15 minutes for this appointment in the middle of my workday, The woman at the front desk wasn’t Helpful at all, she literally had a stank look on her face when she said “Medicaid? We don’t take just Medicaid” Mind you the referral said United healthcare Medicaid because that is what I have and then she had me stand there for 15 minutes while she argued with me about whether or not it was still active when she could’ve just pulled it up stated well if you’re not paying for it, then ... read more
