SCAM ALERT !! Do not enter contract with this company they will take 60 days from you to sell your house. They say they will buy house as is which is a complete lie. Loose contact with you and pressure you into signing documents illegally. When you report wrong doing to director Jay he will call you a lie over the phone. Scammers, they will breach your contract and will not return your call or honor a signed contract. We went through disclosures, inspections, amended the contract and they gad s buyer listed in the contract. After 60-Days on the date we were supposed to close they would not call me back. The Title company hsd everything ready to close also. Hers people along with their investors should be stopped from making fraudulent contracts that they have no intent to honor.
