This practice lacks any transparency whatsoever (signing contracts in the chair, reassuring that insurance will cover) and provides bad service/ bedside manner. I was telling Dr. Santamaria that the new bonding that was put in didn’t feel right- she made changes twice and then lost patience and assured me that everything was ok. Well, a year later and I had to get one of the bondings redone (elsewhere obviously). I also brought X-rays but they insisted they needed new ones.
