Ira is awesome, her number one goal is customer satisfaction. I purchased a set used tires for my Durango. I couldn't have been happier. Not only did she have a set of great used set, but she had a matching full-sized spare! Her customer service skills are excellent. She pointed out where the problem was with my control arm bushings. This had caused the problem with previous tire wearing prematurely. She suggested immediate replacement, seeing how almost none of the bushing was left, I agreed. I had a very friendly experience at Irayalis´ auto service. Had been looking for a place I can trust my trucks, first I brought my Saturn. She made sure everything worked smoothly before releasing us, and checked on us asking for the car, with that experience, I bought my Chrysler without hesitation.
