Although they didn’t have my size available during my visit, I truly appreciate the owner personally reaching out afterward to apologize and offer to make accommodations. It meant a lot that they took the time to listen and show they care about creating a better experience for every bride.

I traveled from Brooklyn to Ira’s Bridal Studio and found a stunning European-style dress. The entire process from ordering to alterations was seamless. Communication was excellent, the staff was polite and professional, and even my mom had her alterations done there. Everything was stress free and smooth. Highly recommend!
