A very satisfied customer I called Advanta Clean to check on my basement. The owner, Randy Moon was very attentive, professional and detailed with his assessment; he asked the right questions and gave me my options. On the day of service he came with his staff and went over what the plan of the day was, so I knew what to expect. His staff were patient and professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Flooded Basement The owner, Randy Moon, runs this company with impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication with his hard-working team. With the April flooding of 2013 and so many of us in the area waiting in a cue of hundreds for help, Randy sent his plumber to our house within two hours of our call, his team immediately followed, and our basement was dry and remediated when most were still watching the water rise. An honest person running an honest business.

Basement and Attic issues We had an inspection done prior to buying the house, and traces of mold were found in both the basement and attic. The seller contacted Advantaclean and got an estimate from Jay Valentine. I had no experience with mold removal and the estimate, along with conversations with Jay, seemed very professional so we contracted with them for the work. They did an excellent job, and finished in one day. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them highly.

Honest Service After smelling a musty smell in my spare bedroom, I contacted AdvantaClean of DuPage County. In came Randy Moon, a real breath of fresh air! (No pun intended) Randy was forthright enough to tell me the room did not have mold. He told me to simply vacuum out the room vents. As a woman, I am always elated to encounter an honest service worker. Randy Moon and AdvanaClean made my day!

Beyond Helpful We recently found an external water leak caused damage inside our house. During inspection we found some mold. Called the office and Sara was very helpful. I had additional questions that she thought it best to have Randy, the owner, answer. He took my call immediately. He gave me realistic answers and honest suggestions. I'm not sure yet if we'll need this service, but if I do this will be my first and only call.

Excellent Servie by Advanta Clean Randy was excellent, I found his company on the internet, made a call and in less than 30 minutes he was at my rental property taking care of my flooded basement. He was very professional and punctual. He did an excellent job, I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend his company.
