WRONGLY DIAGNOSED..HAD ECTOPIC PREGNANCY..NEVER DID A PREGNANCY TEST..FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR
waiting times have really gotten worse during the years. Today I waited two hours.. The last hour undressed in a tiny room and no one had the courtesy to tell me why the long wait. I finally got dressed and left. As much as I like the doctor I think the office in general are very unprofessional There is no respect for the patient's time. The nurse could not find my chart, of course not, they had my name incorrectly. I will need to find a new doctor.
I would actively tell people to avoid this doctor. Maybe it's different at her Hackensack location but the wait time is ridiculous and I always felt rushed at each appointment, she doesn't really explain anything. I can't even get my medical records quickly and efficently. Both her and her staff was only nice to me when I decided to find a new doctor. Let's see how long getting my medical records will take. Ugh.
I have been going to dr. Iraninsince 1979. I find her very caring. The wait can be long, but once she comes in she spends enough time with me. She delivered my 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Instant know what I would do if and when she retires.
Lazy office staff and are reluctant to work...sat on my medical file for about 2 weeks prior to giving me an appointment...once done the attitude was overwhelming with them refusing to forward my msgs to the doctor or possibly the doctor was reluctant to call. Either way all unprofessional.
I have been a patient for 15 yrs, she has many offices in Bergen County makes it very easy to get an immediate appointment. She takes many pre cautions to ensure patients get the best and safe care.
She gave me a misdiagnosis of a couple serious complications where I thought for days that me and/or my baby would die or suffer horribly, until I confirmed with a specialist that she completely misread the ultrasound and I was completely healthy! It was a very traumatic experience and she did not handle it well, sensitively or professionally. Also they make you wait so long, then rush you through appointments. The office is poorly run, disorganized, with long waiting times. Stay away.
I have been a patient of Dr Irani since 1985. She is a trusted and wonderful doctor. My two daughters who were delivered by Dr Irani and they are now her patients too. I would recommend her to everyone. She always makes me feel like she cares and listens to me. She performed my hysterectomy 10 years ago and she was compassionate and ensured my recovery was a success. I am grateful to Dr Irani and truly like her as a person and medical adviser.
