put a straightening treatment on my CURLY hair when i never asked for my hair to be straightened. I love my curly hair and i am so upset by this. she told me it was a treatment to pull out previous dye not a treatment to straighten my hair. She also cut my hair into a U shape which i did not want i wanted it straight across like it had been previously.

I’m absolutely in love with my hair! The treatment left it feeling so healthy and silky, the color turned out even better than I imagined, and the massage was absolutely fantastic, so relaxing. The whole experience was amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and beautiful. Highly recommend!
