I work at a non-Volvo dealership about 30 minutes away and I had to bring a 2022 XC90 in for service here for something covered under warranty. The service advisor was Pat McDonald. Pat was very informative and very accommodating and very friendly. Kostas was amazing to work with and went out of his way to try and locate a car that worked all at a great price. His communication and response time were as great as his customer service. He had to make a tough sales decision as he wasn’t able to get a car in the short time period, but his honesty and effort were outstanding & I would return for my next purchase.
