Ira Volvo in Rockland saved the day again. Drove in on a spare (thanks metal-capped jagged Quincy curb!) and the dealership was the only place that could get my car right in. I had been there before (actually purchased my beloved certified pre-owned vehicle there in 2020) but this visit definitely had me doing cartwheels. Two new tires, an alignment, an overdue oil change and another necessary exhaust-related fix (shown on the video they share) has my car riding and sounding much smoother. Taylor’s great. She helped out and was very communicative. That being said the car has been in for the same issue twice and the technicians could hear it but could not diagnose the problem. I was still charged for the time for the non diagnosis. Very frustrating…
Just had an excellent experience at Volvo Cars at Ira in Rockland. Huge shoutout to Taylor for going above and beyond—truly some of the best customer service I’ve received. Took us in last minute and even offered a shuttle both ways, which made everything so easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
