I came in for an oil change and had a bad experience from start to finish. Customer service was mediocre and it took way too long to do a simple service. I showed up on time for my appointment. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I’d arrived. Meanwhile I’m listening to the poor guy ahead of me learning that they weren’t able to fix his car. I asked the guy at the parts desk just to make sure I was in the right place. He was rude and cut me off. Finally I was helped by the service Manager. That took about 10 min... read more
