Brought car in to be serviced for a troubling noise. Frances (service desk) and Patrick (technician) couldn’t have been nicer. Very good customer service facing employees! Recommend leaving the car with them and leaving because they seem to be very busy.

I wanted to make IRA Toyota in Hyannis my new “go-to” dealership. I made a 10:45 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and State inspection, expecting a reasonable turnaround time. Instead, I was left waiting for FOUR hours. Throughout this period, I received no proactive updates regarding the status of my vehicle.
