I have always been really happy with the service I received. I always ask for Katy DeCosta to be my Service Advisor. She goes above and beyond. She really knows her stuff and she is very personable. They are lucky to have her.
NEGATIVE STARS. In Dec. I went in for an oil change they said I had a factory recall on a cable corrosion. They informed me it would take a couple of hours and I agreed to wait. I arrived at 13:06 (1:06pm) I left at 18:09 (6:09 pm) I thought all was done as they said. I took the car to a second Toyota Dealership in March and they advised me I had the factory recall.
