I could have a completely different experience than the other participants “living” at this facility being a home many years ago like 20-22 years roughly. I feel as though that the staff never proves to have/show any type of consideration for any participant residing there primarily depending on the relationship between the staff and resident I truly think/feel. In addition to that, I find that fellow residents are a much bigger resource than how the staff should be.
