This is the best Mazda HANDS DOWN! One Mazda said my car had too many miles so they said they can’t service my vehicle. Then I found Mazda in Westwood and from booking, to going to my appointment, to getting my loaner car, to them calling me to tell me about my car (and them trying to work with me on price)…EVERYTHING WAS 5 STARS!! Best Mazda dealer in the Northeast!
My experience with Ira was disappointing. There was complete lack of customer service, respect and communication in regard to delivering a vehicle on a specific date which was critical due to an overseas relocation to Boston. Despite multiple commitments to deliver the new vehicle on the date agreed to (reiterated in all discussions from the start), I only found out about a delay when I called to confirm the pickup 48 hours before flying to Boston.
