Very nice representative. Gave additional discount on oil change. However tire rotation and oil change to almost 3 hours. This happens at every appointment

Went for a oil change and tire rotation was quoted 125 on website while wait2 and a half hours I get a text they want to add a alignment I declined then the price shot to 185 when I didn’t add anything questioned it they say oh someone keyed in the wrong code fine they send it to the wash bay it took a hour and a half in the wash bay when I asked for a manager several customers who came after me left before me including a customer whose car went to the wash bay 40 minutes after mine the manager goes oh some technician take l... read more
