First time at Lexus Danvers and I didn’t have a great experience. Nobody agreed me to the door. The guy that attended me was a bit rude. Didn’t work with me showing what would be a good fit for me. I have an accent and the guy kept raising his voice when I didn’t understand something and kept saying “what” when I said something. I felt super uncomfortable.
Very slow. They push hard for extras. My free oil change turned out to be $400.
