Stephanie was excellent, she made the purchase easy. She also went above and beyond to make my experience a “full Lexus experience,” including a big red bow on the top.
I've purchased many Lexus' from Ira over the past 30 years. First, from the late Steve Pugatch, and then from Gene Porzio, who is now working in service. They both had been very helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus was the worst car buying experience I've ever had!
