This man told my husband that the lump on his neck was his sternocleidomastoid and asked where he “got his dope from.” Turned out to be cancer that spread though his neck from his thyroid. Because of the extent of the spread and a shaker handed surgeon, he has parathyroid glands that don’t work and has hypoPARAthyroid disease and can no longer regulate his calcium. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS CONCERNS. My husband SUFFERS everyday of his life now.

This review is for Dr.Copeland and health care partners as a whole after being seen by the same doctor for a few years I was told I had to switch since my doctor only deals with senior dimensions. I was referred to Dr.copeland and told if I stay in network until my appointment I could refill my blood pressure medicine since I couldn't get a appointment for 4 months!!! due to a emergency I missed the appointment but did reschedule. and was told I had to go to a quick care for my meds even though I only needed a 4 week supply ... read more

Dr. Copeland and team are AMAZING. Kind, responsive and they really care about your health and happiness. One issue that I had struggled with for 13+ years; the doctor helped me to get adequate treatment! It was only because he cared about my suffering. He wants me to live a long healthy life.

Quick and easy process. For those from the East Coast you can understand his sense of humor and playful sarcasm. Honestly he made me feel comfortable talking to him. New primary doctor!

I've been going to Dr. Copeland for about 20 years. So far so good, I'm still alive and kicking. I enjoy his dry sense of humor and his practical, common sense approach to sorting out symptoms. He runs late for his appointments a lot, but so to most doctors. Just book appointments first thing in the morning when possible, and bring a book or ipad to put the wait time to good use.
