Dom made sure my car was done in a timely manner and was very friendly!
I am editing my 1 star review after Ryan called me back after my post. He made every effort to make things right. My fuel pump recall has been completed and some other routine service. It was done in a prompt, friendly, timely manner and all who served me were kind, fair and accommodating. I took down my post after they made things right. I am still not giving a 5 because I don't think one should have to post a negative review to get fair and respectful service when you do business. They're marking up a Honda type R up by 5k. After telling them I'm going to shop down in NH, they immediately called to their NH branches to see what their mark ups were which was 6k. I then got a text saying that they will be matching that 6k mark up when he already told me 5k. Keep in mind I didn't tell them to call those dealerships. This is a greedy dealership.
