I took my car here for an oil change, and while it was in the shop, they told me I needed a new undershield for $224. Basically, they broke it and threw it away. I told them I wanted to keep it and that I could fix it myself. They brought it back, and there was actually nothing wrong with it. However, I didn’t notice the missing bolts until I got home. I sent them an email asking about this, but no one has replied. I’m really not happy with their service.
