My dad bought a ford explorer from you guys and now the car could not pass inspection. He had to get the front-end work done sway bar links, control arm, and ball joints fix. When he purchased the car from you guys, you claimed that you have fix it but still never gave him a receipt to show the work been done, saying that the computer was down. That not a good way to do business. He got the car fix but have to pay a lot of money thanks to you guys. What a shame on you.
Doing business with IRA have been wonderful. We purchase parts and service vehicle and get recalls done their most of the time. The guys there are respectful and helpful and most importantly they are professionals. I would definitely encourage any Automotive shop to work with them Ahmed /owner sahara Automotive
