Going to Ira’s is always the best time. She is so knowledgeable and gives the best recommendations for what products we need. My hair blow dry and styling along with threading/waxing is always spot on! She is friendly, warm and always flexible with the customer needs.
Horrible experience. My sister (high schooler) went to get her eyebrows threaded and it was an extremely painful experience. The owner proceeded to tell her “suck it up, are you going to have children in the future, because if you are, that’s going to be worse”. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My sister was also standing outside her house waiting for her appt for 15 mins. Owner didn’t respond to any calls either. Just plain disrespect. DONT GO TO HER!!!!
Excellent service! She was so friendly and afterward, she even filled in my eyebrows and taught me how to do it, which means everything to me as a novice makeup person. Very clean studio and reasonable prices I absolutely will go back.
I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail and level of care were outstanding, and my hair turned out even better than I imagined. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and incredible results. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I've been going to Ira to get haircuts for years and she always does an excellent job creating a welcoming, comfortable space and works very efficiently and precisely to match my vision.
