Recommendedcollision was great. only thing was having to drive to Danvers, when there's are several Toyota collisions centers closer and more convenient. Also when car was repaired and rent a car was returned, my husband was not treated well at all. Girl at the counter was very rude, did not want to be there. Not good service. This reflects on your company how good the customer is treated. I really don't think I will purchase my next Toyota vehicle from Ira Toyota.
Horrible communication and inability to maintain timelines. My car has been in the shop for 3+ weeks. I was quoted an estimated timeline of 7-10 days possibly two weeks. We are now at the start of week 3 with minimal communication along with miscommunication. I was told last Wednesday that my car was in line to be painted. With the holiday I expected a day of delay. I just received an email saying that it’s going in today for paint, but still no completion date. What a terrible customer experience this has been.
Stay away from this place! have been waiting for almost a month to get my car back and have called countless times to get any sort of update. After leaving many messages I went down there to get any information. I wasn’t given any and was told that I would be texted with an update. A week later, I still haven’t gotten any information about the status of my car! I don’t know what they are doing but I have never seen this level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service. Excellent service and I got my car detailed while they fixed my car and it came out awesome! Mike, the auto guy and Mary were great. Car was ready faster then anticipated and very good communication on progress.
it took a month to repair a minor car accident, so that the car rental company could benefit from the number of days covered by the insurance company. In addition, they returned me the car with a problem that it did not have before. I called, talked to the receptionist, sent me leave messages so many times and nobody called me back. I feel humiliated as my husband, my son and I bought our cars from Ira Danvers, MA. I'll not recommend Ira collision to anyone.
As always, the staff at Ira Collision Center are so professional. They keep you abreast of the progress of the repair and the finished product is first class. From Michael Pierce the production mgr to Anne Gregory the person taking your initial information and arranging an Ira rental , you are treated like family.
The service was great and the quality of work was immaculate. However I was quite unhappy with the duration they took for the repair and was also a bit frustrated on the lack of updates from IRA on the progress of the repairs. I had to call 2 or 3 times every week to follow up on repair updates.
Excellent customer service. Received frequent calls and updates. Had car finished quicker than expected.
