No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

No, I don't think so Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I felt very rushed... read more
