Dr. Camacho is so caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is incredibly friendly, especially Teresa. She is super sweet! Two thumbs up for I&R!
Dr. Camacho is an excellent dentist. She is professional, kind, and provides clear and informative care. However, the front desk receptionist is consistently unprofessional. She often displays a negative attitude and lacks basic courtesy when interacting with patients. Her behavior significantly impacts the overall experience at the office. Hello , we had a very disappointing experience. We were long-time patients of Dr. Camacho and had no issues or outstanding balances. When calling this year with a new insurance plan, we were told the doctor is not accepting new patients, which directly contradicts both the practice website and our insurance provider’s information. The front office - Teresa offered no real explanation or assistance, just a refusal stating there are NOT accepting new patients and website is under correction (straightforward lie) The lack of tr... read more
