Had an emergency, and was seen the next morning. The dentist and staff were very professional and caring. If you have a need, they'll fix you up. Highly recommend!!
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my appointment today at 12:00 p.m. Once I was brought into the treatment room, I immediately noticed that the room was extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, and overheating is not only uncomfortable but also a health concern during the final weeks of pregnancy. Dr. Jones is exceptional. He takes all your concerns into consideration and explains everything step by step, always reassuring you along the way. He makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His team is also fantastic! professional and incredibly smooth in how they handle everything. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! I get very nervous around dental work being done but in this case, their professional duty came through.
