I'm a repeat customer of IQ Power for one reason, and one reason only. They are honest, do what they say they will do, have excellent products and are always there when I need them. (Okay, more than one reason :) I originally bought a solar hot water system and loved it. I then added radiant barrier and a variable speed pool pump. Don't fall for the solar pool "maintenance" service. They called and recommended my solar panels be inspected and serviced which included checking the fittings, sealing the bolts to prevent roof leaks, and servicing the solar power equipment for $129. Seemed like a good service. The guy (Clayton) got up on the roof, no more than 2-3 minutes, so no way he actually did anything up there. I asked him to look at the solar control unit which wasn't working- he never even opened it and said "lightning hit it, needs replaced", $914... read more
