While the establishment was clean inviting,and relaxing, the service itself was way to expensive! There are no prices listed anywhere . I went with my mom and while I got what I wanted they just brushed her needs off . They didn't give her the finished she had asked for or design. And when we went to check out just for 2 mani pedi over 200$ outrageous!! Never going back
IQ Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done. I moved up north for a job a year ago and still can’t find a place that comes close to this. Every time I’m back visiting my family I stop here to get a manicure. It’s always a 10/10 !! Nelly did this latest manicure and I am obsessed !!!! One of my favorites ever!
I walked in (no appointment) around 9:58am and the website says they open at 10am. I waited for about 5 minutes until I was sat! I had old lifted acrylic from a different salon, the top piece of broken acrylic on one nail and squared nails. I asked for the old acrylic to be removed for a fresh full set (just because I was worried of the lift causing fungus and nail damage). made a 10 am appointment due to personal time constraints, they did not have it in the system for some reason & i was never notified of this prior to attending the appointment, i advised i needed to leave by 11 am and my gel manicure was starting at 10:45 am and then when it was time to paint, they didn’t have the color i wanted so i needed to leave but the best part is i was charged for a full price manicure just to leave with my nails looking like this! HORRIBLE customer service will not be returning
