I would definitely recommend IQ Floors!!! They are quick on everything and are very reasonable on price! Bob our installer was wonderful! He was fast and very thorough!
I originally purchased carpet for our new construction home in 2014. The high end Shaw carpet unfortunately did not hold up as it should have. I contacted Reagan and they were on it! I now have a whole house of brand new carpet. They worked directly with Shaw and made the entire process so easy for me. I could not recommend IQ Floor enough. the installers were prompt hard working friendly and knew what they were doing. IQ offers the best products and they stand behind them. thank you so much Reagan and Stephani!!!
Just wanted to give a big shout out to the entire gang and cannot recommend to others enough. Walked in with some ideas and Krista steered me right to the perfect fit! Really impressed with the knowledge and ease of setting up my dream floors! Chad, their go-to wood floor guy, was a breeze to work with. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job on the install. Thoroughly intend to head back to them when I'm ready to tackle the downstairs! Can't thank you enough and won't hesitate to recommend!
Updated review: We received a call from the owner of IQ floors, Reagan and he could not have been nicer and more understanding. He immediately wanted to remedy any issues with the floor and has begun work to do so.
Very happy with the service and selection of Schluter shower and floor heat systems that iQ had for my DIY master bath remodel project. Janelle was very knowledgable on all of the various parts and pieces, was very responsive in getting price quotes (beat the big box stores) and keeping me posted on arrival of my parts for pick up. Reagan even delivered some oversized sheets to our house because they would not fit in our SUV. The showroom is very clean and organized and the iQ Team was very friendly and helpful.
