I’ve been dealing with this company for the past 3 months after submitting paperwork for them to refund me. Have yet to have any one reach out to me and have to call every week for an “update” which is the same “our team hasn’t looked at it yet”. I feel like they are hoping for you to stop caring and keep your money. Absolute disaster of a company.
