Terrible institution. Declined my PAYROLL mobile deposit for not having a signature by the issuer. I went home, called my previous employer who AUTHORIZED ME to sign the check for them, dug it out of the garbage and called IQ back. Rather than empathizing with my situation or figuring out a way to work through the problem they decided to consider the check to be fraudulent-leaving to an account overdraft and more frustration. Employment experience: My time working for IQCU was horrific. I was one of the very few Black women in my branch/district and endured repeated racial harassment from coworkers and a manager, Andrew Kim. Too WHiTE, Too privileged. Had to record the interaction duet to sooo many nasty experiences with other custo mer service, ifykyk......... I report and recorded the call for k evidence too. They also refused to tell. E my bank account t was negative, when I was in the branch yet proceeded to HIT me with a million 30.00 late fees. BEWARE
