These guys are a joke. They have had our entire neighborhood on James Island torn up for months to replace several short lengths of storm sewer drainage lines. Five months into the project they haven't completed a single line, but have torn up dozens of properties. Moreover, they have left open trenches and holes, one of which a small child fell into recently due to a lack of fencing or barricades.
