Been trying to get in touch with this company after my garage door roller being broken just within a year of installation. No reply to my emails. The phone number is unresponsive at multiple times. Looking at the other reviews, I might have to turn to fairworks as well. Would not recommend.
After numerous calls to get a reply for a spare remote key, I was finally advised to bring cash to this companies address & a required time to meet to obtain spare remote. Upon arriving at required time with cash I was rudely advised the receptionist would be a no show. No prior notice of cancellation of appointment but subjected to very personal dilemmas xx of receptionist private life.
