After numerous calls to get a reply for a spare remote key, I was finally advised to bring cash to this companies address & a required time to meet to obtain spare remote. Upon arriving at required time with cash I was rudely advised the receptionist would be a no show. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and follow-ups over several weeks, we were repeatedly ignored and met with poor communication and unhelpful responses.
