If I could give 10 stars to Steve I would! He was able to provide an automated garage door to our place when 2 other companies said there was no solution (due to the garage height and configuration). Steve was professional, relatable and prompt with all communication. His pricing was fair dinkum honest and totally reasonable. His work was innovative and professional. 10 stars!
Open 24 hours and no one answers or returns calls. turns up outside booking hours. What is the purpose of 24 hours and phone number provided and no one answers.
Been trying to get in touch with this company after my garage door roller being broken just within a year of installation. No reply to my emails. The phone number is unresponsive at multiple times. Looking at the other reviews, I might have to turn to fairworks as well. Would not recommend.
