Always very accommodating and kind when I need to make an appointment. The front desk is very friendly. The hygienist Becky is the best in business. She is very gentle but thorough. All the doctors are kind and patient to explain what if anything needs to be done. They aren't always trying to sell you dental work. When you do need work they are very gentle and careful when using the newest technology such as the in house milking machine to make a crown in just minutes. Outstanding professionalism at this office! The doctors, technicians, and treatments are excellent! And the front office is friendly and helpful! The office in general is safe, clean and inviting, and full of wonderful Art to distract you! Lol Exemplary service!
Our whole family goes to Ipswich Bay Dental and I can say they are great with adults and kids (including babies!). The hygienists we’ve seen have all been incredibly kind and helpful and the dentists take the time to listen to any concerns. The facility is pristine!
