Receptionist very rude to my wife going to find another dentist
Chipped my front tooth, worrying it would take weeks or months to fix, i manage to pick up a cancelled appointment, they had it fixed that day! Lovely staff. And the finishing on the tooth is so much better than other repairs i have had in perth. Thank you for your hard work guys 😊👍
My dentures have never fitted. Well I complained 3 times had them for a year now. still make me gag when eating
Made an appointment months ago, waited, day came, arrived on time to dentist to sit in waiting room for 35 minutes of an hour long appointment! Seeing the appointment was during my lunch break, I luckily got to leave after not even being in the dentist room for 5 minutes, as apparently they had gone over time! A phone call would have helped!
I have lost my tooth and I came to book an appointment. A man who entered the venue before me, he was confirmed his visit on next Thursday afternoon at 3:30 pm and on the 31st of January. I was told that all the dentists were fully booked till August. I thought that I misheard "August" at the beginning of January. A joke!
