Magda and Maria who did my X-Rays are so kind and expedient! If I ever break a bone again in the future I hope it is these two that are in charge of handling my X-rays! I vote they get a raise!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at San Antonio Regional Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure every concern was addressed with care and patience. The facility was clean, organized, and provided a comforting environment. Highly recommend San Antonio Regional Hospital for outstanding medical care and exceptional service!
I delivered my son here last year. The front staff that assisted me that night was nice, the staff that assisted me right before my son was born was wonderful especially the nurse who helped me with my delivery which was an Hispanic woman. Some of the staff I dealt with after I had my son was HORRIBLE. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank San Antonio Hospital outpatient and x-ray department for a nice experience. Once I signed in to the kiosk, it took only a few minutes before Palma’s warm greeting directed me to the outpatient desk to complete my medical information. Then the CT tech, Joanne escorted me back to the X-ray dept. She explained in detail how this scan would work, and really appreciate that. Both staff members were respectful and courteous.
Absolutely the worst hospital experience I've ever had. I waited over 8 hours in pain only to be treated like my concerns didn't matter. I've been dealing with symptoms for two months, and instead of getting answers, I felt completely dismissed. The doctor never even properly discharged me. There was no conversation, no explanation, no opportunity to ask questions. I was handed paperwork and expected to figure everything out on my own.
