We hired IPRO for a whole-house backup generator installation and could not be happier with the process. Joe and his team are super friendly, professional, and most importantly, are excellent at what they do. From the initial walkthrough and estimate, wiring, propane tank installation, to final generator startup, the whole process was a breeze. Iproenergy came to my rescue and finished my generator hook up that another contractor couldn't finish! Joe was the absolute best. I am so pleased let alone relieved that I now have an operational whole house generator! I am so grateful!
In the Assisted Living business generators are not a luxury, THEY ARE A NECESSITY. Our generator was have issues auto starting. I called IPro at 9 AM and Joe was there by lunch. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and did simulated power outages to make sure it was back online and running like it supposed to. Thank you Joe from all of our 90 residents
