I was very impressed with this company. Michael was very friendly, and was able to answer all of our questions. We ordered 30 mugs for our company, with a variety of colors and personalized designs on both sides of the mug. After submitting the artwork to their team, we received the proofs within a day. We had a couple sizing adjustments, and Angel was able to make the revisions quickly and the mugs were finished within 5 days.
