Do NOT use this brokerage, and in particular the agent Shelly Williamson. Cancelled a conditional offer and the brokerage decided they didn't have to return my deposit. Had to get my lawyer involved, as every single condition in the offer had a cancellation clause with full return of deposit at my discretion.
Stay away from this real estate firm . The realtors are kind of shady they tell you something in person and once you follow up with them whole new complete story .do your due diligence before assigning anybody from this brokerage for your real estate needs
