Spent 45 mins looking for parking only to be told “it’s Chinese new year” insinuating that it’s common sense the business is closed. Huh?
My macbook had water damage and Veronica was able to inspect it quickly and I found her genuine and honest about the trade-off decision for repairing it or not. She's a great communicator and I will be sure to hit her up from now on for any phone/mac related repairs.
