I have talked solely with Cameron Vannan at IPR. He has been great. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and when we had an issue he resolved it immediately and the company stood behind him and the product. He is open to my input and I do believe relays any concerns or input I have to the appropriate people to help improve. I suggest giving them a shot!
