These were very caring people we came across.. I really appreciate all the help they offered starting from management, to nurses, to PT's.. I have nothing negative to add to this review. You guys lifted a weight off my back when I was trying to understand what was happening with my dear sweet father. I recently had a total knee replacement surgery and was to receive inhome health care for 2-3 weeks immediately after surgery. IPR was selected to do the inhome physical therapy. Where do I start? IPR had the wrong date when I was to begin physical therapy and asked why I didn't respond to their phone calls the day I was having surgery. When I was to begin PT the following Monday, no one called or showed up at my house. A supervisor did show up later that Monday and asked if a physical therapist came by. I give IPR 5 Stars today, and every day. When I was faced with having both of my knees replaced, I not only got to know and be comfortable with the Doctor, I got to know about the wonderful people at IPR.. Everyone associated with IPR, including office personnel, Nurses, & Therapists, are very courteous, and professional at all times. Yes, my therapy was painful, but IPR helped me to stay focused on the end result... A complete and successful recovery. I still do my exercises that the therapists recommended.
